ETB plans to combine with Etell (Colombia) August 19th, 2008 8:40 am According to local media report, Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Bogota (ETB) plans to merge with local telco Etell. ETB paid $11 million for a 95% stake in Etell last year. The local governments of Meta and Villavicencio, former shareholders in Etell, will become ETB shareholders, the report said.
